1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stint (including our mobile application and website at getstint.app), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our services, whether accessing through the mobile app, website, or any other platform.

2. Purpose and Scope

Stint provides analytics and data visualization for track driving through our mobile application and website. Our services are for educational and entertainment purposes only and are not safety devices. The website provides information about our services, track data visualization, and account management features.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your driving and compliance with track rules.
  • Do not use the mobile app while actively driving unless permitted and safe.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Age Requirements

Our services are not intended for users under 18 years of age. By using Stint (mobile app or website), you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18.

5. Track Venue Terms

You acknowledge that each track venue has its own rules, regulations, and safety requirements. By using Stint at any track:

  • You agree to comply with all track-specific rules and regulations
  • You understand that track rules supersede any app features or suggestions
  • You accept that some tracks may prohibit or restrict app usage
  • You will obtain any required permissions before using the app at a venue

6. Track Data and Analysis Accuracy

Track maps, racing lines, and performance analysis provided by Stint should not be relied upon as the sole source of driving guidance. Track conditions, layouts, and optimal driving techniques vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to:

  • Weather and track surface conditions
  • Vehicle type and setup
  • Driver skill level and style
  • Track configuration changes over time

Any recommendations or analysis provided by the app, including AI-generated analysis, should be considered as educational suggestions only. Always prioritize track marshal instructions, official track guidance, and your own judgment and safety assessment.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Race Engineer Opinion feature provides AI-generated driving analysis based on your session data. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated analysis is for informational and educational purposes only
  • It is not a substitute for professional driving instruction, coaching, or safety guidance
  • AI analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate recommendations
  • You should not rely solely on AI recommendations for driving decisions on track
  • Stint Works LLC is not liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from following AI-generated advice

You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.

8. No Warranties

Our services (mobile app and website) are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stint Works LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from use of our services, including the mobile app and website.

10. Intellectual Property

All code, design, content, and trademarks related to Stint (including the mobile app, website, and all associated services) belong to Stint Works LLC. Users retain ownership of their driving data but grant Stint Works LLC a license to process it for providing our services.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect track data, venue information, or any content from the app or website
  • Access or attempt to access our APIs or endpoints without explicit written authorization
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from Stint
  • Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any data obtained from Stint
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the app
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services (mobile app and/or website) if you misuse them or violate these terms.

13. Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than court, where legally allowed.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the app after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of our services (mobile app and website) is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
